These cookies are necessary for the platform to function correctly. They store your session so you remain logged in, save your calibration settings per session, and ensure a secure connection. Without these cookies, the platform will not work.

Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform. They allow us to see which pages are visited most, where visitors drop off, and how long tests take. We use this information solely to improve the platform.

We currently do not use external analytics services such as Google Analytics. If we introduce this in the future, this policy will be updated.

Marketing cookies

We do not use marketing cookies from advertising networks. ColorAptitude™ does not display advertisements and does not share data with advertisers.

3. Sub-processors

We engage the following sub-processors. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) or adequacy decision is in place with each.

  • Payment processing — Stripe, Inc. (US; transfer via Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Invoicing — Moneybird B.V. (Netherlands)
  • Transactional email — Resend, Inc. (US; transfer via Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Marketing automation — ActiveCampaign, LLC (US; transfer via Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Shipping — DHL Parcel Netherlands (Netherlands; physical orders only)
  • Hosting & database — Vercel, Inc. and Neon Technology, Inc. (US; transfer via Standard Contractual Clauses)

Transfers to the US are safeguarded via Standard Contractual Clauses (EC Decision 2021/914).

4. Your choices

You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. Functional cookies cannot be disabled without the platform ceasing to function correctly.
